McKinley, ein Oldtimer von &#8217;86"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Rad bekam ich als fast NOS (new old stock). Es war ein Auflkleber drauf (&#8222;Breaker&#8220;) der nichts mit dem wahren Hersteller zu tun hatte. Dise R\u00e4der wurden in Europa afaik niemals vertrieben. Da ich es in Erding gekauft habe und dort fr\u00fcher einiges an GIs war, nehme ich an, es hat so den Weg nach Deutschland gefunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Berichtigung:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ein Leser hat einen baugleichen Rahmen mit afaik gleichen Anbauteilen in der Bucht erworben. Es war als &#8222;Gudereit&#8220; gelabelt. Das von ihm erstandene Rad weist auch die f\u00fcr das damalige Rad typische Y-f\u00f6rmige Lenker\/Vorbaukonstruktion auf. Es ist also offensichtlich nicht richtig, dass dieses Rad niemals in Europa vertrieben wurde. Ein Bild und einige Infos zu diesem Rad siehe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wingender.eu\/index.php\/fahrrad-de\/unsere-fahrraeder\/80-shogun-breaker#ROSS_und_Gudereit\">am Ende des Artikels<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Anbauteile sind verbaut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Naben: Suntour XC9000 (Konuslager)<\/li><li>Bremsen: Suntour XC9000 (Roller-Cam-Bremsen)<\/li><li>Schaltung v.: Suntour XC5000<\/li><li>Schaltung h.: Suntour XC5000<\/li><li>Schalthebel: SL5000 CH (AccuShift mit Index Power Control)<\/li><li>Bremshebel: CL-XC10<\/li><li>Sattelklemmhebel: XC9000 (QR170)<\/li><li>Kurbel: Sakae SX<\/li><li>Pedale: XC9000 (PL5100)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Kassette ist 13-32 und vorne ist 28\/38\/50 drauf. Das entspricht einer Gesamtentfaltung von 438%. Das ergibt mit den aufgezogenen 57-559er Reifen 186cm bis 815cm Entfaltung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kleines Blatt: 186cm &#8211; 457cm<\/li><li>Mittleres Blatt: 252cm &#8211; 620cm<\/li><li>Gro\u00dfes Blatt: 331cm &#8211; 815cm<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Rahmen ist aus Tange MTB-Rohr (CroMo Seamless Mountain Triple Butted). Somit wurden folgende \u00c4nderungen vorgenommen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bremshebel: CL-XC10 durch DiaCompe DC139 ( Guidonnet levers) ersetzt<\/li><li>Stahl-&#8222;Opalenker&#8220; durch einen Brevet Randonneur Alulenker ersetzt<\/li><li>Pedale: XC9000 (PL5100) durch moderne Klickpedale ersetzt<\/li><li>den abgrund-h\u00e4sslichen Gep\u00e4cktr\u00e4ger demontiert<\/li><li>ein Front-Rack selbst gel\u00f6tet (Edelstahl mattiert)<\/li><li>ein Rear-Rack selbst gel\u00f6tet (Edelstahl mattiert)<\/li><li>vorne und hinten Lowrider angebracht (Alu mattiert)<\/li><li>Beleuchtungsanlage erneuert<\/li><li>Reifen erneuert (leider gibt es keine passenden 50-559 in braun, die 5 bar aushalten!)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p Mit der&nbsp;erg\u00e4be sich folgende&nbsp;Gesamtentfaltung: 395% (181cm &#8211; 714cm), w\u00fcrde also da keinen Sinn machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>Info zu ROSS und Gudereit&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So&#8230; hier ein Bild des aufgetauchten Gudereit-Rades und eines ROSS Mt. Whitney. Das Gudereit verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber die gleichen Weinmann Felgen, dieselben seltsamen Reifen, Rollercam-Bremsen und, so wie ich erkennen kann, Suntour-Anbauteile. Es entspricht bis auf Lenker, Sattel und Gep\u00e4cktr\u00e4ger der Ausstattung, wie meins hatte. Es ist naheliegend, dass die Quelle meines Rades, wie die des Gudereit-Exemplars die gleiche sein d\u00fcrfte. Interessant ist auch, dass beide in der Farbe Maroon ausgef\u00fchrt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erkl\u00e4ren kann ich das eigentlich nur so: Die ROSS bicycle company mit Sitz in Rockaway Beach, Queens (NY) und der Produktionsst\u00e4tte in Allantown (PA) ging 1988 bankrott. Ich k\u00f6nnte mir vorstellen, dass Lagerabverk\u00e4ufe von schon produzierten oder unter dem Insolvenzverwalter hergestellten Restst\u00fcckzahlen dazu gef\u00fchrt haben, dass dieses Rad unter diversen Labels auftaucht.
